Your BC BS Global Solutions insurance plan provides valuable benefits and access to world class medical care. Please review the attached PDF for a summary of your benefits.
Member Guide
The Member Guide will help you understand how to use your insurance coverage, how to access medical care with doctors and hospitals, how to submit a claim and much more. We highly recommend that you review this document.
Pre-certification
Some medical services, supplies, and treatment require that you “precertify”. Pre-certification is simply a process where you contact BC BS Global Solutions so that they can assist you, verify coverage, and confirm treatment is warranted.
Your responsibility – If you are seeking treatment outside of the BC BS Global Solutions network, then you are responsible for completing the Precertification process. If you are seeking care in BC BS Global Solutions’ network, it is the responsibility of the medical provider to perform the Precertification process.
Emergency Care – In the event of an emergency, please seek out care immediately. In such an event, please contact BC BS Global Solutions within a reasonable amount of time. Your health and safety are our priority.
