Cigna Studywell offers members access to the largest global network of health care providers.
Whether they are active in populated cities or in remote field areas, they will have easy access to health care through our proprietary network in combination with local service providers.
Claims can be purchased in more than 135 currencies, and can be submitted by fax, mail, or via our customer portal CignaEnvoy.com or mobile app.
Cigna provides access to our global, multilingual 24/7 service center.
Through our customer website or mobile app, CignaEnvoy.com, members can access information and tools they need such as:

Members have an opportunity to speak with licensed doctors around the world – by phone or video – to discuss their symptoms and the best next steps for them. Members can schedule an appointment from anywhere in the world. 24 hours a day.
International Member Assistance Program (IMAP)
Members have access to free, confidential assistance with any work or personal issues. Any time, any day, members can contact the service for live, confidential assistance including: six face-to-face or mobile app sessions with a counselor, telephonic support on topics such as, handling stress, managing anxiety and depression, etc.
Crisis Assistance Plus™(CAP)
